Trish Tutton spent years working in cultures where stress and burnout were, seemingly, the only way to success. After suffering a shocking loss, she realized that stress is unavoidable, but it doesn’t have to dictate our lives. Trish has spent over 15 years studying with world class teachers, practicing mindfulness, and learning about the science of well-being. As a speaker and mindfulness teacher, Trish has taught the skills to become unshakeable and thrive amidst change and challenge to over 13,000 people across North America. She is passionate about helping others become more resilient and less stressed with simple but impactful mindfulness techniques.

Dr. Ty McKinney
Bio
Dr. Ty McKinney completed his PhD at the University of Utah on brainwave technology in mental health assessment. He served as the Research Director of Branch Out Neurological Foundation for ten years, managing their peer-review granting program and science communication messaging. More recently, he co-founded 8 Bit Cortex to adapt his research into a gamified engagement survey platform to automate mental wellness outcome reporting. In all his roles, Ty has found a passion for impact-driven research and teaching a wide range of organizational psychology and brain health topics. When not thinking about the brain, Ty can be found exploring mountains, deserts, or anything resembling a park.

Bio
Stacey Adelman M.Ed., R.Psych is the owner/founder of The Joshua Tree Learning Centre. She is a psychologist, teacher, coach, mentor, and proud mom with a wealth of learning and experience in the fields of education and psychology. She is registered with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists with Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE), which allows her to diagnose psychological disorders. Her claimed areas of competence are Educational Psychology and Counselling Psychology, in which she can provide counselling, assessment and consultation for children, adolescents, and adults. She is a member of the Psychology Association of Saskatchewan (PAS), the Canadian Psychology Association (CPA), and the Saskatchewan Teachers Federation (STF).

Bio
Lindsey Stephenson R.Psych, CPA, CGA is a registered psychologist and CPA, and provides counselling to adults. Prior to practicing psychology, Lindsey worked 15 years in various roles in accounting – from public practice to industry and government, working in assurance, tax, and financial reporting. His experience as a CPA helps him relate to professionals who work in highly demanding and stressful careers.
Lindsey is the founder of Wellness Psychology – a counselling practice that works with clients towards their healing, health, and wholeness. He specializes in a wide range of issues including healing from narcissistic abuse, career dissatisfaction, anxiety, burnout, depression, addiction, and trauma. Through his career change, Lindsey has found meaning and purpose in being able to support others. Having experienced healing from therapy himself, Lindsey is passionate for others experience the same so they may live and enjoy life to the fullest.

Colette Miller FCPA, FCA, ICD.D is now a partner with SkyStone CPA’s after enjoying over forty years with Wilde & Company in Vegreville. She has honed her strategic and governance skills, presently serving on the Covenant Health and Verdex Capital boards, and through her previous Director roles at ATB Financial, Canadian Business Growth Fund, and Athabasca University. As a new member of the Business Council of Alberta, she hopes to add value and advocacy for agriculture, health, and education.
Colette’s own experience with grain and cattle farming enhances her service to clients with complex succession, tax, and estate manners. She loves helping businesses navigate challenging financial matters and has expertise with audit, internal control assessments, and course instruction for NPO’s and municipalities.
She remains an active volunteer, previously serving both CPA Alberta and CPA Canada on the provincial Awards Committee and the national Competency Map Committee. Colette is also very involved with her community as a director of the Wendy Brook Music Festival Association.
