Small, but specific steps you can take to help get you through tax season
Tax season is one of the most demanding times of the year for practitioners. Long hours, tight deadlines, and client expectations can take a toll on your mental health and overall well-being. This challenge is designed to help you navigate the stress of the busy season with practical, easy-to-implement strategies that support resilience and balance.
Over the next four weeks, you’ll focus on small, intentional actions—like nutrition, movement, and rest—that can make a big difference in how you feel and perform. These habits are easy to fit into a hectic schedule, so you can stay grounded, energized, and focused when it matters most.
Remember: the goal isn’t perfection—it’s progress.
Let’s tackle this challenge together and make wellness a priority during the busiest time of the year!
When: March 2 – 27
