- Track your distance and log your process: All steps and activities will be tracked on the Teamupp app. Sync your wearable to the app to log your steps automatically or manually add them to the app with your own estimation—just keep moving.
- Fuel your motivation: Get a daily dose of mental health tips, fitness facts, and inspiring insights with quizzes, articles, and photo challenges for extra Challenge points.
- Rally your friends: Invite coworkers, friends, or bring family alongside you—turn movement into a shared win.
