Become Unshakable: Simple Strategies for Well-being Amidst Challenge and Change!

When faced with change and challenge, how do we position ourselves to thrive?

If there was a simple and quick strategy to enhance your overall well-being through challenging times, would you want to know about it?

The changes you’re facing now aren’t the first you’ve encountered—and they won’t be the last. Change in life (and work) is inevitable, but does it have to create the negative side effects of tension, sleeplessness, worry, irritability, overwhelm, pessimism and burnout?

Although it can seem overwhelming, cultivating mental, emotional and physical well-being is simpler than it seems and is a culmination of small daily actions. There is one powerful strategy that anyone can use to enhance their well-being amidst stress – regardless of their age, job title, seniority, or challenge they face – mindfulness.

What if a simple, age-old technique could be the secret to re-charging your batteries?

In this experiential presentation, Trish will teach you simple tools to thrive mentally, emotionally and physically, so you can weather any change that comes your way with more ease and confidence.
